Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Carpet and Surface Care Specialist to join Whistle’s team of experts. This role requires someone highly skilled in handling diverse carpet and surface materials, providing top-quality care that reflects our brand’s high standards. You’ll bring expertise, precision, and a warm approach to every client interaction, ensuring spaces are thoroughly cleaned and revitalized. Additionally, this role requires an openness to technology - you’ll be expected to learn and work with our software stack, which includes key apps that drastically improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized carpet and surface cleaning services for residential and commercial clients, using appropriate methods for various materials.
• Execute deep-cleaning techniques that rejuvenate surfaces, leaving them looking fresh and well cared for.
• Engage professionally and warmly with clients, creating positive, lasting relationships and proudly representing the Whistle brand.
• Efficiently manage tasks and schedules using our app-based software stack designed to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Utilize specialized carpet cleaning equipment, primarily a commercial floor carpet extractor and portable extractors, to handle a full range of jobs effectively.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Top Qualifications:

• Specialized Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in professional carpet and surface care, with knowledge of safe and effective techniques for various materials.
• Equipment Knowledge: Proficient in using specialized carpet cleaning equipment, including commercial carpet extractors and portable units.
• Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Willingness to learn and use our software stack to streamline tasks and improve service delivery.
• Personable Brand Advocate: A positive, people-first attitude, ready to build meaningful client connections and take pride in the Whistle uniform and brand.
• Independence and Accountability: You bring reliability and integrity to your work, capable of managing your time and responsibilities effectively.
