Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Interior Space Cleaning Expert to join our dynamic team, a kind, intuitive, extremely high in emotional intelligence, highly detail-oriented and proficient expert in the cleaning industry and practical knowledge and techniques. It will be someone who brings a warm, positive energy to every client interaction. As part of Whistle, you’ll be expected to wear our branded uniform proudly, representing our commitment to quality and customer service. You’ll also learn to utilize our software stack, which includes key apps designed to enhance productivity and streamline our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive cleaning services in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to a high standard.
• Uphold cleanliness standards with attention to detail and dedication, ensuring every space is welcoming and immaculate.
• Engage with clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
• Work independently and harmoniously with the team, using our app-based software stack to communicate, manage tasks efficiently and record everything into our operations and project management systems. These make life much easier.
• Always think critically and feel empowered to make critical decisions based on your intuition or best interest. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.

Top Qualifications:

• Exceptional Attitude: A people-first personality, with tremendous energy, positivity, and a genuine desire to make a difference for clients and teammates.
• Experience: At least 5 years as a professional cleaner, ideally having experience in a hospitality setting serving clients directly, all while demonstrating elite standards and a remarkable eye for quality.
• Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn and proficiently use our software tools to improve service delivery, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Brand Champion: You take pride in representing Whistle, wearing our uniform and embodying our values in every client interaction.
• Reliable Transportation: Access to reliable transportation and basic cleaning equipment.
