Position Overview:
We’re seeking a specialized Window Care Professional to join our team - someone who’s experienced in residential and commercial window cleaning and takes pride in their expertise and professionalism. Equipped with your own tools, including a truck or van, high-quality squeegees, and RO water equipment, you’ll ensure a spotless, streak-free finish that reflects Whistle’s high standards. As a brand champion, you’ll proudly wear our Whistle-branded shirt and hat, representing our commitment to customer service, quality, and a memorable brand experience. You’ll also be expected to learn and utilize our software stack, which is designed to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier window cleaning services using specialized equipment, including squeegees and RO water, to achieve a pristine finish.
• Provide exterior cleaning for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring windows are spotless and streak-free.
• Represent Whistle professionally, arriving in full branded uniform (shirt and hat) and engaging warmly with clients.
• Maintain high standards in all aspects of window care, adhering to safety and quality requirements.
• Efficiently manage tasks and schedules using our app-based software stack designed to enhance productivity and service quality.

Top Qualifications:

• Professional Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of specialized window cleaning experience, particularly in exterior residential and commercial settings.
• Fully Equipped: Own a professional and presentable vehicle for transporting window-cleaning equipment, along with squeegees and RO(Reverse osmosis) water tools for spot-free cleaning.
• Positive Brand Champion: You take pride in representing the brand with professionalism, which means wearing our uniform and upholding Whistle’s customer-focused values.
• Tech-savvy and Adaptable: Willingness to learn and use our software stack to streamline tasks and improve service delivery.
• Reliability and Independence: Capable of managing schedules independently and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
